Before submitting your project, please make sure you read through our Seller Guidelines. Please note that every project submitted is reviewed before being published.

Getting Started

Have something you want to sell? Awesome! Let's start by clicking on the Sell a Project button and selecting your listing type.

Step 1: Choose What You're Looking For

In the first step, you'll choose from these options:

  • For Sale: You want to sell your project for a fixed or negotiable price
  • Seeking Co-founder: You need a partner to help grow your project
  • Partnership Wanted: You're looking for business partnerships
  • Accepting Offers: You're open to hearing different types of offers

Project Submission Form

In the project submission form, we strongly recommend you to fill out all the information. This gives potential buyers sufficient understanding of what is being sold and prevents you from receiving unnecessary questions.

Basic Information Required

  • Compelling project title (max 100 characters)
  • One-sentence pitch (max 80 characters) that captures the essence
  • Category selection (SaaS, Mobile App, Website, etc.)
  • High-quality screenshots showing your product in action
  • Detailed project description (minimum 400 characters)

Metrics & Performance Data

  • Monthly revenue with proof screenshots (analytics, Stripe statements)
  • Monthly unique visitors or active users
  • App downloads (if applicable)
  • Time investment (hours per week you spend)
  • Revenue model and monetization strategy
  • Any additional metrics you'd like to share

  • Source code and technical assets
  • Domain name, hosting setup, and accounts
  • Design files, logos, and branding materials
  • Asking price and pricing structure
  • Reason for selling and growth opportunities

Review Process

Every project submitted on SideAcquire is reviewed and checked by our moderators before being published. Your project is most likely to be approved quickly if it contains sufficient information and meets our listing guidelines.

What Happens After Submission?

  • Our moderators are immediately notified and will review your project
  • The review process typically takes 24-48 hours
  • Once approved, you'll be notified via email
  • Your project will appear on our marketplace
  • High-quality listings may be featured on our homepage and social media

  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries
